If there could be more flexibility with who has access to what dashboards and how you would make changes in bulk would be most helpful. Also, if there was a way to only restrict users on the client side of things without impacting the professional staff that would be helpful. I'd love to be able to sort it by completion percentage or to have some ability to track work flow in the system. The snap shots are helpful but at times not enough. On the topic of snap shots, it would be great if we could get a snap shot of comments left in each dashboard or even how many comments/notes a client has left in a dashboard within our emailed weekly/daily notices that would be helpful. Able to easily navigate the site, I.e., add an engagement, client and professional users, add/delete requests. Categorizing requests by reference is a good feature. Adding comments is helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When a client uploads additional information to a request after initially submitting something, a notification is not sent to us.
Also, sometimes a document can be uploaded to a request, and the request status stays at outstanding vs submitted.
When a client just adds a comment to a request vs uploading something, sometimes those are missed until later or we may think that the item is outstanding but really is N/A for the engagement or the client needs clarification on the request. It would be nice to add a sort of "help me" status to a request for clients to use, so we can address those quicker to lessen the time items are outstanding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The product allows us to easily send and monitor requests, and allows a secure way for our clients to easily drag and drop items we need. We use the product for all engagements large and small.
