Takes some time to get used to at first but once you're familiar with it, it's easy to navigate. Additionally, some of the functionalities are not consistent, specifically, allowing uploads of Excel and Word but PDF files requires a different upload location. We had a quick and easy implementation process with AuditBoard that allowed us to use the tool quickly after signing the contract. We were able to customize all the fields we needed and make the tool work for our team.
