My company Manifest.eco, an ecommerce warehouse, has many initiatives on our roadmap from Tech to Real Estate to CX to Sustainable, and we prioritize Content so highly that it's one of the core pillars of our business. We have a video-first content strategy that goes the extra mile by producing both proprietary research studies and pop culture hit videos. As the VP of Commercial (Marketing, Sales, etc.) I was going to build a solution to transform my blog into a hub for all of our 40 videos. I was lucky to find AudiencePlus who offered exactly that within a simple SaaS subscription and masterful technical implementation. Parterning with AudiencePlus to launch our very own video streaming platform put me ahead of my roadmap by exactly 1 year, which is more like 7 in startup years. Thank you! I've always been a part of an early stage startup and prefer to work with other early stage startups, so I was completely satisfied with the early stage nature of some product components. I would bet that other early adopters of AudiencePlus are in the same boat as me and will also find what larger organizations might dislike as more of an advantage. I like that it give the visitor a place where they can consume educational and entertaining content that generates a strong bond like a viewership. We can be creative and helpful at the same time and its in a format that is familiar like a streaming service. That makes it stand apart from other platforms. Its easy to use and being one of the early customers allows us to have a voice in features that we feel would benefit our audience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
At this point, there are a few things we would like to see added into the product, like a place for a Slack-like commmunity for people to engage with the content as well as with each other. I came to Lavender to build the Netflix of B2B sales content. A streaming service made up of both entertaining and educational content. The problem was finding a tool made to do that. Everything I looked at was either a learning management system or a traditional CMS where we'd have to Frankenstein something together (at a premium price point).
We found AudiencePlus and it all became much easier.
We met with the team to talk through what we wanted to build:
- Series
- Categories
- Types of content
- etc
They gave us a detailed list and way to track progress on everything they needed from us in order to build the property (yes, that's included, so no agency necessary). We got them all the assets and they populated everything.
At that point they handed over the keys to us and we took over the weekly content scheduling.
The UI is incredibly easy to use. They gave us a walk-through before handing over the keys, but I could have very easily just taken over and figured it out on my own. Uploading content takes no time at all.
The success team is super reponsive if you do ever have any questions and they add new functionality all the time based on customer feedback.

The quality of their people, processes, and technology help us deliver a tight, robust content experience to our audience.
When it comes to their product, they just get it. Their front end is very clear for the end-user and the backend has only what you need - no overstuffed complexities or tech debt to manage.
We are all in on AudiencePlus as our content hub and it's their ease of use and flexibility that makes them the right choice. The team is very attentive and I find a ton of value in the customer roundtables - I've gleaned so much from this community of content marketers they're building. I strongly believed we needed to rebuild our playbooks to establish a genuine, human-level connection with our audience, but I struggled to find anything to help us create something great.
Then, I discovered AudiencePlus.

It became immediately clear after the first demo that AudiencePlus would revolutionize how we build a community and boost engagement with our audience.
Getting setup and adding content is a incredibly easy. No chaos, no confusion – just a streamlined way to deliver your most important assets to your audience.
AudiencePlus, like us, is actively developing our products, and I understand that might concern some, but the team is phenomenal.
They are highly receptive to feedback, and Elaine, Ruben, Anthony, and the entire engineering team have gone above and beyond for us, including helping us source designers, reviewing our assets, and acting as strategic thought partners.

The team and the why behind AudiencePlus - the general concept of owned media may feel new but there are teams that built and leveraged for years. Anthony and team are so dialed into both the concept of media hub/owned media AND building a great product.

Early days and we are patiently waiting on some core roadmap features - specifically data portabliity and access - and the ai/ml. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The platform itself solves a very specific challenge for me, which is provide me with a CMS that is built to support a wide variety of content presented in a way that is different from what our industry is used to. I tried building HockeyStack's media platform on different CMS' and it was a pain to manage, maintain, and add content to the platform. AudiencePlus makes building out The Flow (our streaming platform for B2B marketers) much easier on the technical side of things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not necessarily dislike, but there are some limitiations just because AP is in very early stages right now. However, that's understandable, and the AP team has done an amazing job of taking all of my suggestions into account and have incorporated them all into the product roadmap.
