"Finally a modern CRM!"
5/5
What do you like best about Attio?

Attio is the most flexible and modern CRM I’ve used. The object-based structure gives us total freedom to model our data exactly the way we need. The automation features are powerful and intuitive, allowing us to streamline key workflows without needing engineering resources.

One standout is the email and calendar event retriever, which leverages AI to enrich contact timelines and surface key relationship insights automatically—huge time-saver.

The interface is clean, fast, and easy to adopt across teams. And everything is fully customizable, from views to data types, which makes it feel like a CRM truly built for our business.

Attio strikes the perfect balance between power and simplicity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Attio?

There’s currently no way to rename system object attributes (e.g., “Companies”, “People”, etc.), which can be a bit limiting when modeling niche workflows.

Also, the call transcription and enrichment features don’t support French yet—so if your team relies on that language, you may need to handle those parts manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Elegant and Customizable CRM Alternative"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Attio?

I love how Attio lets me manage all our client relationships and pipelines. It's a huge step up from the old CRM I was tired of dealing with. Attio is very elegant and modern, making it simple to use, which I really appreciate. I like that I can simply set up what I need in Attio, not what the software requires, allowing me to really customize what I need in a simple way. The initial setup was pretty easy too. What do you dislike about Attio?

The link between objects can be tricky. I wanted all users from a company with tag X to also have tag X, but I couldn't do this. I need to create a complicated workflow, and it's hard to get the history as the workflow only works for new entries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Unrivaled Flexibility and Top-Notch AI in a Sleek, Intuitive CRM"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Attio?

What I love most about Attio is its unrivaled flexibility. Unlike traditional CRMs that force you into a specific workflow, Attio adapts to your data structure perfectly. The UX is incredibly intuitive and sleek, making the daily management of pipelines actually enjoyable.

Beyond the design, the AI features are truly top-notch. They automate the tedious data entry tasks and provide smart insights that save us hours every week. It feels like a CRM built for the future of work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Attio?

Because the platform is flexible and powerful, it was a bit intimidating for ou users at first. It’s not a 'plug-and-play' CRM in the traditional sense; you need to invest time in the Attio Academy to unlock its full potential. However, once you understand the logic behind the objects, lists and attributes, the learning curve is well worth it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Sales Management with AI Edge"
3/5
What do you like best about Attio?

I think the AI integrations in Attio are the best, as they make everything faster and more straightforward without needing to go through annoying workflows like in other CRMs. You simply work with the AI to get it done. Additionally, the call recordings are very helpful for showcasing insights to the broader team, allowing everyone to review the calls and learn from them. The initial setup was very simple, and we had onboarding sessions with a specialist who made everything clear and straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Integrations with dialers are a bit of a nuisance. The dialers don't really work very well, and the integration to HubSpot could be better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly CRM with Powerful Automation"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Attio?

I like the ease of use with Attio. It's a young startup, so the tool is very adaptive to the new needs of our world, which is great. It's also not like Salesforce or HubSpot, which I see as a plus. I appreciate how advanced it is on the technology side. I can talk with Attio through MCP or their AI assistant on Slack, so there are many ways to work with it. Additionally, the feature of workflows and automation is so easy to use and build. On a blank screen, I can add, trigger an action, and set conditionals, which makes it a pleasure working this way. It's mature and very easy to build with Attio. Also, the initial setup was super easy and very intuitive, making it very friendly for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Attio?

I think there are two features that are kind of an added features for a CRM. One is the call recorder, and the second one is the task management. It's very clear that Attio is not investing as much effort in these two tools in the rest of the features of the CRM. So having kind of a very simple call recorder even though it's connected to the right object, to the right company, into the right people. The ability to actually do stuff with the video is very, very limited. And it's very similar with task management. We are working as a team on Attio, and we assign tasks for each other and so on. But again, the functionality and the possibilities around tasks are very limited. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Prospecting with Attio"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Attio?

I use Attio for prospecting and keeping track of records as it is a robust tool for digging into company history. I find it valuable for getting insight on accounts and enabling me to be a better salesperson. I really appreciate the chatbot feature for its ability to streamline processes by allowing me to search all past records and get jobs done faster. The initial setup was easy, definitely a 10/10. What do you dislike about Attio?

Sequencing: I would like more options other than simply automated messaging. Record all prospecting tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient CRM with Robust Filtering, Pricey But Worth It"
4/5
What do you like best about Attio?

I like that Attio makes it easy to filter and see different views, which is really helpful despite having a large number of customers there. I can filter down to relevant ones by different verticals. Since we run different outreach campaigns based on industries or company sizes, these features help narrow down which collection of companies we need to reach out to. The initial setup of Attio was pretty easy, which was a plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Attio?

It's pretty expensive for what we use it for. And it doesn't fully integrate into every other tool that we use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"AI-Driven CRM That Revolutionizes with Ease"
5/5
What do you like best about Attio?

I really find Attio transformative in terms of time saved. The ease of use is a significant plus, and the API access is really valuable. Being able to use Claude to wire up webhooks and API access, to make.com eliminates a lot of manual work. Integrating our tech stack is critical, and Attio enables us to wire everything together in a way that makes sense for our workflows. The AI-first architecture, UX, and price were key factors that drove us to switch from Hubspot to Attio. Setting up Attio was easy, especially once Claude MCP was connected, which helped guide the configuration decisions for our business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"AI-Driven Efficiency with Room for UI Improvement"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Attio?

I like the AI integrations in Attio that allow me to prompt all of this information, making it easy to keep tabs on all the founders and prospects within our network. The platform's AI native components and flexibility were key reasons for our switch from Affinity. I appreciate being able to seamlessly integrate Attio with AI tools like Claude and Town, which gives us all the context on the work we're doing and the people we're meeting with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Attio?

I think Attio works pretty well for us, though the user interface could use a little bit of improvement, and it could do a better job of tracking event-related information. We have integrated Attio with Luma Plus to track event attendance, which adds another layer of people information that's incredibly important to our firm. That integration is built by a third party, and it would be great if Attio had a native Luma Plus integration and a more thoughtful flow around event information and attendance. The initial setup was medium to hard and required us to hire a consultant to seamless map our data from Affinity to Attio, which involved standard data cleanup, due to the volume of information we had in Affinity. "Simplistic UX with Data Aggregation Benefits, Needs More User Appeal"
4/5
What do you like best about Attio?

I like that Attio helps with data aggregation on calls and connecting the dots over a multi-month timeframe. The UX UI is pretty simplistic, which I appreciate because it contributes to ease of use. Another great thing about Attio is the MC layer that allows us to connect to Claude. This feature has been very helpful for our sales team in digesting data and extrapolating key insights. Additionally, the initial setup was pretty straightforward, enabling us to see the value without much friction. I also see potential in Attio ideally taking over HubSpot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Attio?

I find that Attio could improve in making the functionality more intuitive, so that it feels natural and integrated into the workflow without causing friction. Currently, there's a need for stronger functionality to really give salespeople a compelling reason to use Attio over other options. The interface, while visually appealing, could be more purposeful in its design to support ease of use and encourage adoption. During the AI experience, I felt that the process was choppy, with the AI cutting me off, which made it challenging to share my thoughts smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
