  ### 1. Fantastic All-in-One CRM with Intuitive Workflows and Powerful AI Agents

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I really enjoy the 'ask attio' feature and how intuitive it is when putting together the perfect workflow suited for my business needs. Attio's custom AI agents make the workflows so seamless and has been a tremendous help in overcoming persistent roadblocks. As for Attio in general, it is absolutely fantastic and its all-in-one features make being a CRM developer an enjoyable experience

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

Sometimes workflows can lag behind and aren't as fast as other CRM tools when it comes to execution. However, this is directed towards dense workflows so it is not something I am overly fussed about. Also, Attio needs to allow lists to connect to other objects instead of just one in particular.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was assigned a project by my sales team in which they wanted to connect form submissions to submissions found prior in the 'People' and 'Companies' objects. Due to this, I needed attio to find records in which company names were the same. The problem was that companies would spell their names differently, perhaps with lower cases or upper cases or maybe even missing a letter. Under normal circumstances I definitely would not have been able to create a workflow in which all of those company names could be found similar until I assigned the task to the custom AI agents in the workflow builder. The task was solved so quickly I was over the moon at having the burden lifted off my shoulders. Now the workflow executes perfectly and we no longer have trouble matching company names.

**What do you like best about Attio?**

Attio makes it easy to see where leads are in our sales process, and it also helps me understand where they came from by using the drag and drop tagging feature.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

Sometimes it can be challenging to see the date in which our lead came in. This can make it hard to determine ROI across multiple months.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio is helping myself and my team collaborate more effectively. Support is also very helpful when we come across any issues or gaps we want to fill. The performance of the product is reliable, I've never ran into any issues where it was down or not working. The AI portion of the product has provided us with valuable ROI, cutting down on the time it takes our team to analyze the sales funnel. The product also has multiple integrations that make it easy to track sales calls from multiple places.

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I use Attio for CRM and maintaining our pipeline and contact-companies for B2B sales. I like that it helps track multiple email threads and assign tasks to owners while keeping everything visible to everybody. I appreciate the customizability of Attio. The AI is very intuitive and makes it easy to customize the integration without needing to review the whole record history.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

The reports are limited. There should be built-in sales metrics for regular tracking. Initially, it was challenging as there weren't a lot of training materials, onboarding support was limited, and setting up Attio affected productivity since we didn't want to invest a lot of time to learn this new tool and it's very different from the old one, so there was a lot to learn.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio for B2B sales CRM, maintaining pipelines, and managing contact-company relationships. It helps me track multiple email threads, assign tasks, and keep everything visible to everyone. I enjoy the UI/UX as it is easy to navigate after a couple of usage. The AI also loads the call summaries fast  so it is great for notetaking.

**What do you like best about Attio?**

It is cost effective, relatively easy to use and has a lot of customizability so it can be nice for people who are doing things uniquely. It also serves as a CRM and sequencing tool which is nice (the sequencing portion is very good in my experience). The AI Chat bot is also very helpful because it helps you find anything you need within the platform. Overall, the platform, integrations and support are also very fast and nice to use.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

The only gripe I have is the attributes in the lists you can make. If you set it up properly it is fine but the default attributes are not ideal for sales work. Also for some reason their is a visibility issue in the platform (for example I cant see sequences or emails my colleagues are sending, it doesnt even give me an option to do so.)

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping send emails at scale and track customers / viewers at our website. It serves as a CRM and outreach tool which both those things combined typically cost a lot. Again, Attio is cost effective which is nice for a start up

**What do you like best about Attio?**

What I like most about Attio is how flexible and intelligently designed it feels. It doesn’t feel like a traditional rigid CRM — it feels more like a modern relationship and workflow platform. The UI is clean, fast, and intuitive, and I really like how easily it adapts to different processes without becoming overly complicated. It strikes a rare balance between powerful automation, structured data, and simplicity of use.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

What I dislike about Attio is that, while it’s extremely flexible and visually polished, it can take a lot of time to navigate through all the layers of information. You often have to extend views, open the contact, then open the company, then dig further into related records just to get the full context. Some information that feels operationally important, like clearly seeing whether a meeting was scheduled with a contact, is not always immediately visible.

**What do you like best about Attio?**

The simplicity is what stands out most. I’ve been managing and consulting on CRM and GTM strategy and systems for a long time, and this is the best solution I’ve seen in the market in quite a while. It’s extremely powerful and can compete with HubSpot and Salesforce when needed, but it’s also easy to use right out of the box, which I think is very rare in this space.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I think the biggest weakness right now is the lack of integrations. That’s changing very quickly, but there are still plenty of integrations that have to be configured manually. It’s not the end of the world, but it does make the product a bit harder to use than it needs to be.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it to manage my sales process and customer relationships. In practice, I rely on it to track most of the work I’m doing, both on the front end and on the operational side. I’ve also built out a lot of custom functionality, which has helped me cut down on the number of other tools I need to use.

**What do you like best about Attio?**

Attio has replaced multiple tools for us. As a health tech venture builder managing several products at once, we needed a CRM flexible enough to model our actual business — not a rigid sales pipeline. Custom objects and lists let us do exactly that, with no code.
The real game-changer is how Attio connects with AI. We linked it to Claude via MCP and now query our entire CRM, call recordings, and notes in natural language. Weekly summaries, client insights, cross-call patterns — all instant. Call recordings stopped being archived audio and became searchable, actionable intelligence.
Everything is connected: a note links to a person, a company, a deal, a call. Nothing lives in a silo. For a small team running fast, that's everything.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

The feature request process is slow and hard to track. For internal product management and task workflows, we actually find it far more effective to use Claude directly — it gives us instant answers, summaries, and automation on top of our Attio data without waiting for native features to ship.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a venture builder with multiple health tech products running in parallel, we were drowning in scattered data — contacts in spreadsheets, notes in docs, calls nowhere. Attio gave us one source of truth for every relationship across all our products.
The biggest benefit is time. We used to spend hours reconstructing context before client calls. Now everything — past interactions, notes, call recordings — is in one place and queryable via Claude in seconds. A founder can walk into any conversation fully prepared in under a minute.
It also replaced the need for several tools we were paying for separately. One flexible system beats five rigid ones.

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I love the fact that calls, emails, and relevant threads are automatically linked to a specific company, which saves me time digging through email threads and messages that I don't even have access to. I also appreciate the great documentation and the great UI/UX. I like that users are tagged and the table formatting of all the companies is really appealing. It's very easy to get access to Attio.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I think the search feature is a little convoluted and hard to look for. There should be one unified search bar at the very top - I don't think that's there right now. The initial setup was very easy to get access, but a '101' of how to use the tool could have been more clear.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio connects calls, emails, and threads to companies automatically, saving me time. It prevents digging through unavailable messages, while its UI/UX and tagging feature enhance organization.

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I use Attio as a CRM for my sales job to create tasks, enter deals, and put in client information. It helps me manage and keep track of every client, and it keeps me organized. What I like most is the task features. We do a lot of cold calls, and it keeps me in front of what I need to do for the day. I can remove a task if they don't pick up, and as I move through the process, it moves with me. So that's pretty convenient. There's a lot of features, and once you learn the basics, I think it's great. It's one of the most complete CRMs that I've seen. I'd 100% recommend it.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I have to enter their information. There's a lot of manual stuff that I have to answer. I have to enter phone number and email. I wish I could link a same Excel spreadsheet with all the client's information. It'd be nice if I could use it as my low port. So I have to manually enter a lot of information. I'm still learning. There are a lot of features.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio as a CRM for sales to create tasks, enter deals, and keep track of every client. It keeps me organized. I like the task features, since we do a lot of cold calls, it keeps me in front of what I need to do for the day and moves with me through the process.

**What do you like best about Attio?**

Attio is an AI-forward CRM. Their connections and technological features make it much easier for an AI-native/tech-forward thinking company to interlink their systems with the CRM, especially with the rise of AI agents. Their dashboard is clean and refined and although the CRM takes some time to load, I am happy for their quick support times (especially in the chat and the support center) along with the market-rate user costs

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

A downside of Attio is that the contacts feature uploads all possible contacts into the system, leading to a multitude of contacts that are not neccessary in a sales-context. To clean this up is a major act of labor. Along with that, the dashboard is quite slower compared to competitors.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio provides the API support and technological links that are required for an AI-native company to thrive. Without it, workflows would be ruined as other incumbents don't have the similar support and Attio's workflows and sequences are wellbuilt.
