"Attio's Automation Transforms Our Sales Process"
5/5
What do you like best about Attio?

I like how versatile Attio is and how easy to use it is. Every time I go in, everything is so smooth, and I can see what my team is doing. I can see who was the last person connected from a company and when the first connection was made, which helps me understand what's going on and ask the right questions. The full picture and visibility of what's going on are very helpful. Also, the automation in Attio is great as it does everything automatically, solving the problem of my salespeople forgetting to write down notes in the CRM system. The updated feature is amazing for keeping everyone updated with everything. The initial setup was perfect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Attio?

I think the only thing that comes to my mind is the way to create the buckets for every single sales process. It's probably because I'm brand new to it, and I'm still getting used to it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Customizable CRM with Room for Improvement"
2.5/5
What do you like best about Attio?

I like how customizable Attio is. Being able to just add any field that I want is the most beneficial, and it helps me organize the layout. I also appreciate the ability to have things connect from deals, tasks, people, companies but think there should be better visibility across them all. I'm sure there's a way just haven't dedicated time for that yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Attio?

I find Attio extremely clunky, especially when creating dashboards for visibility into numbers and the overall sales organization. I just got help setting up a weighted pipeline with your customer success and that was helpful. Although I had a session with someone from your team that helped a bit, I couldn't believe how many steps were involved. It’s frustrating to get clear, concise reporting. Additionally, it took me a while to get the hang of it since I didn't set it up initially. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Solid Integrations but Needs UI Improvements"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Attio?

I really appreciate the integration with Cloud Code and how it enables me to build automations via a robust API. Attio's Mailchimp integration is also a big plus for me. I find it helps keep things organized, and I enjoy the email sequences feature, which makes reaching out to leads easier. Attio allows me to use the tool in multiple different ways, which is something I find quite valuable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Attio?

I feel the UI and some of the native integrations, like the Calendly integration, could be improved. I also found the initial setup somewhat complex because there wasn't a good guide, but I was able to figure it out eventually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined, User-Friendly CRM for Growing Teams"
4/5
What do you like best about Attio?

I really appreciate the simplicity of the interface in Attio and the flexibility of the tools, along with chat-based AI features. It's kind of like a build-what-you'd-like-it-to-be structure, which suits my needs well. Compared to something like Salesforce, where each page is overwhelmed with information, Attio offers easy access on all pages, which is a big plus for me. I think the simplicity and good structure are what serve me best. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Attio?

At the moment, I think the variety of views would be helpful. In terms of the layouts for each page. I'm still in the early stages of my usage, so I have not identified any blatant blank spots but yeah, I think perhaps more customization ways, without it costing simplicity, it would be great. "Powerful Yet Simple CRM That’s Easy to Use Out of the Box"
5/5
What do you like best about Attio?

The simplicity is what stands out most. I’ve been managing and consulting on CRM and GTM strategy and systems for a long time, and this is the best solution I’ve seen in the market in quite a while. It’s extremely powerful and can compete with HubSpot and Salesforce when needed, but it’s also easy to use right out of the box, which I think is very rare in this space. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Attio?

I think the biggest weakness right now is the lack of integrations. That’s changing very quickly, but there are still plenty of integrations that have to be configured manually. It’s not the end of the world, but it does make the product a bit harder to use than it needs to be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Attio: Revolutionized Our Client Management"
5/5
What do you like best about Attio?

I like the 'Ask Attio Agent' a lot because it's very clever and enables me to build 95% of my workflow on its own. It answers any client questions I have in a few seconds, saving me time compared to the email searches I used to do. The agent transformed my experience with Attio, giving me qualified data about my clients, helping to build my workflows, and making suggestions. Also, I found the initial setup quite easy, especially understanding the meeting recorder and how to search for data with the agent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Attio?

I think for the moment in terms of workflow integration it is still in development and some pieces are missing like the 'Note Creation' block. Also, I think that the Ask Attio Agent should be more free to build some elements in the views or records. To me, the agent should be able to create some record changes and help us to better use the record view to adjust it as we need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly CRM with Easy Customization"
4/5
What do you like best about Attio?

I like Attio's ease of use, which makes my tasks in sales much simpler. I also appreciate the ability to easily customize attributes and import contacts. Working in the Mortgage lending space, I found it really helpful that I could add fields specific for banking and import data into those fields directly from lists I already had. Setting up Attio was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Attio?

The task view on a Deal is frustrating because you can't see the entire sentence without opening up the task. It would be much easier if I could see more of the task information at a glance without clicking into each one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Flexible, AI-Connected CRM That Replaced Multiple Tools"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Attio?

Attio has replaced multiple tools for us. As a health tech venture builder managing several products at once, we needed a CRM flexible enough to model our actual business — not a rigid sales pipeline. Custom objects and lists let us do exactly that, with no code.

The real game-changer is how Attio connects with AI. We linked it to Claude via MCP and now query our entire CRM, call recordings, and notes in natural language. Weekly summaries, client insights, cross-call patterns — all instant. Call recordings stopped being archived audio and became searchable, actionable intelligence.

Everything is connected: a note links to a person, a company, a deal, a call. Nothing lives in a silo. For a small team running fast, that's everything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Attio?

The feature request process is slow and hard to track. For internal product management and task workflows, we actually find it far more effective to use Claude directly — it gives us instant answers, summaries, and automation on top of our Attio data without waiting for native features to ship. "Efficient CRM with Great UI/UX and Auto-Linking"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Attio?

I love the fact that calls, emails, and relevant threads are automatically linked to a specific company, which saves me time digging through email threads and messages that I don't even have access to. I also appreciate the great documentation and the great UI/UX. I like that users are tagged and the table formatting of all the companies is really appealing. It's very easy to get access to Attio. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Attio?

I think the search feature is a little convoluted and hard to look for. There should be one unified search bar at the very top - I don't think that's there right now. The initial setup was very easy to get access, but a '101' of how to use the tool could have been more clear. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The Most Complete CRM for Sales Follow-Ups"
5/5
What do you like best about Attio?

I use Attio as a CRM for my sales job to create tasks, enter deals, and put in client information. It helps me manage and keep track of every client, and it keeps me organized. What I like most is the task features. We do a lot of cold calls, and it keeps me in front of what I need to do for the day. I can remove a task if they don't pick up, and as I move through the process, it moves with me. So that's pretty convenient. There's a lot of features, and once you learn the basics, I think it's great. It's one of the most complete CRMs that I've seen. I'd 100% recommend it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Attio?

I have to enter their information. There's a lot of manual stuff that I have to answer. I have to enter phone number and email. I wish I could link a same Excel spreadsheet with all the client's information. It'd be nice if I could use it as my low port. So I have to manually enter a lot of information. I'm still learning. There are a lot of features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
