That it is a game-based training. It is easy to play through a module, and you can do it from your phone - which means everywhere. We also see that new employees arrive well prepared for their first day of work, which makes onboarding smoother and more time-efficient. I wouldn't say this is a dislike, but in some instances it would be useful to have longer modules. It can be slightly limiting for very complex process but understandably, the aim is short, bitesize modules. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sophia (PM from Attensi) was 100% on top of everything - from setting the initial meeting for her and Ollie to understand our proposed project, to composing the emails for release, and everything in between. They were extremely aware of organizational change management and brainstormed with us about how to get buy-in, and shared with us things other companies had done. As we were into the project, Sophia and Ollie came back to us and said, "Hey, what if we also did some challenge modules? We could do ____ and ____ create even more interest." For once in my career, it's a little difficult to come up with anything I disliked about working with this vendor. Perhaps the most challenging thing was that, because we are an American company and Attensi uses (at least currently) AWS Europe, our Security Team was a little more concerned. But when we truly started to understand what would be stored there, and put in place our own requirements for redaction and review of the information prior to sending it off, everything was fine.
