We've been using Atlantic.net for many years now. Their reliability is outstanding, maintenance is properly planed and concise. We are very satisfied with their VPS service as it has been low latency and speedy throughout the years. I've had zero downtime and no latency or other problems. I haven't had to use customer support, but they are proactive in notifying customers of upgrades and potential interruptions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Page navigation is not super intuitive, for instance, finding the help pages from the account management pages, I have to log in on one tab and then open another tab and go to the atlantic.net main page to find the help pages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's truly secure, convenient to use and simple to set up. While there are obviously some differences from other big cloud platforms, Atlantic,net absolutely holds its own and is favorably comparable to platforms like DigitalOcean and Vultr. Flexible prices and customized servers made a great convenience to my business since we are not a huge corporate. Besides, I learned that they provide 100% SLA for every consumer, and it is rather than impressive! Most leading cloud platforms CAN NOT guarantee a 100% SLA; however, Atlantic.net can do that.

I've been using Atlantic.Net for since 2014.
I had no problems with attacks on their network and the main one, uptime is 99.99999 for real. My server manually restarted only 4x this whole time.
