The offer behind AT&T work force manager is very attractive. Centralized platform for planning, sending, and monitoring my construction team abroad would be a really great idea in theory. Unfortunately, the real world has turned up the mattress. AT&T Workforce Manager is without doubt an ancient analogization. The system’s interface is not easy to use, and the featured reporting tools seem to be inadequately complex. The system has suffered from glitches and slow performance, and administrating an area team with a vast set of factors to consider, this has a huge effect on efficiency. What do you like best about AT&T Workforce Manager?

The client support has been poor and it has disturbed our business. The monitoring and reporting features have been obstructive during our implementation phase. I have found many issues with the base software, except for the initial flow setting which is e a bit difficult. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AT&T Workforce Manager?

It would be better if they added the ability for electronic signatures. The interface is a bit clunky and takes some time for employees to get used to, but overall its been hectic for our company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The primary advantage is having one programme to keep track of my customers, my interactions and appointments. Say goodbye to spreadsheets to update. I like that I can see my technicians any time anywhere, I can tell if they are where they are supposed to be, sitting somewhere goofing off, taking lunch, whatever. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AT&T Workforce Manager?

So far, we're still in the implementation phase, they are building us a special interface with Quickbooks for dispatching, and we're looking for the right routing software to integrate, so the only thing I know is tracking and reporting.
