I like the simple intuitive user face and also how sleek it looks for clients. One of the biggest hurdles I have faced when trying to do a client portal is being able to just jump in and use. So many portal softwares have a learning curve which is frustrating and I don't have time for that as a business owner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Probably that you can't just login to view the client portal from the clients perspective without logging in. I think a good feature would be able to switch between what the portal looks like from the clients perspective easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
