Assembled has a full suite of tools that a workforce management team can leverage to staff their team properly, utilize out-of-the-box forecasts, and analyze the performance of their team. The company itself has been agile at adding new features and iterating on what they already do well. Getting our account set up was a pretty heavy lift early on. We wanted to build it out right and create a robust amount of filters and events, and getting 100+ staffable agents and 20+ managers integrated into the platform led to quite a bit of change management. To be able to introduce a workforce management solution to multiple teams that had no means of tracking adherence and forecasting beforehand, this tool is a dream! This was a great improvement moving away from tracking agent schedules and time off in Excel spreadsheets and now consolidating this information in one source of truth system. Aside from the product, after we were able to hone in on the requirements, the implementation team was truly a dream to work with. They listened to each need, followed up on each action item, and made sure the implementation to agents and managers went smoothly.
