What do you like best about Assembled?

Assembled is easy to use as both an adminstrator and a team member. The granularity of reporting and schedule adherence is also super powerful. It's also clear that they truly listen to customer feedback, which we greatly appreciate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Assembled?

We'd love the ability to create shifts for agents to sign up for. We also would really benefit from a more robust Zendesk integration where tickets could be asisgned based on Assembled schedule and online status. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Assembled solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Assembled?

My team started using Assembled because we wanted a better scheduling tool. What resulted was not just an upgrade in the way that we schedule (efficient & simplified), but we also started taking steps to scale our team through real WFM. With helpful features like forecasting, adherence and heatmaps--we're able to predict the needs of our support team better and deliver excellent service to our customers at all times. What do you dislike about Assembled?

My only dislike of Assembled is that I would love to get our QA platform added now that they've integrated MaestroQA. Ours is called Klaus, and it would be just perfect to see it all once space on the Agent Scorecard! I love that the Assembled team accepts suggestions/feedback, so I know they're constantly improving their product through learning from the clients. That's why I don't really have any other dislikes since there's more to come in the pipeline! Love that!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Assembled solving and how is that benefiting you?

-Creating daily, weekly and further out scheduling so there's less manual work of assigning roles on my part.

-Ensuring our agents are on-task and where they're supposed to be.

-Estimating a staffing model so that I don't have to have a separate dashboard somewhere that looks ahead as our business grows.

Changing of schedules or templates are easy using the app, unlike if its link to other app. The chages is realtime and their is a history for every changes that you made so you can back track if you may mistakes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Assembled?

This is my first experience with Assembled, been using it since January of this year and honestly, I love that it can be synced with Google calendar and will allow you to have that transparency! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Assembled?

I am sure it is just me and my inability to figure out the function, but I would love to just copy an entire day of schedules (multiple team members and all the nuances) and have them populated for multiple days. I know there is a template option, but when multiple schedulers are working it does not exactly help with this particular function. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

User interface is very clean and easy to use. Staffing over/unders are helpful. Integrated seamlessly with our phone system. Great reporting package. Easy implementation. Amazing customer support Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Limited integration options. Does not integrate with all versions of salesforce. The forecasting tool is not as flexible and customizable as we would like. Not as many bells and whistles as other offerings in the market. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Assembled has helped us quickly scale our WFM program by reducing reporting and monitoring requirements. We have saved thousands on lost time using Assembled to help us with schedule adherence.
