What do you like best about Assembled?

I find the tool super easy to use. You have almost everything you need. Most important the team from Assembled is very helpful and they are continually developing features. So if something is missing now, for sure they will add it in the future. There are a lot of cool features that make your life easy, like schedules, Team performance reports, individual reports, real-time analysis, and so on.

The implementation was somehow easy and our engineers received all the needed help to make it possible via API.

We are using the tool daily to follow over 3000 agents.

I'm happy with the product and very happy with the team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Assembled?

I would say that one of the downsides of the tool is that you might want to have more future to follow when it comes to the real-time view. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Assembled?

We enjoyed how quick it was to set up, the relatively intuitive interface, the quick response time of the support team, and the very helpful office hours offered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Assembled?

We've solved a lot of issues with trusting the data, obtaining an accurate forecast and more accurate agent activity tracking by moving to Assembled. This has given us the ability to really dive into the data we see to determine outliers and provide more strategic guidance to the business across several teams with ease. The support team has also been phenominal from the moment we first met and remains consistent to this day, and provided the easiest implementation I've ever experienced with a new WFM tool. What do you dislike about Assembled?

The biggest challenge we have are around building and managing schedules. We require a lot of manual work when it comes to modifying existing schedules and even building base schedules to account for the omni-channel coverage with the not-quite omni-channel Zendesk platform. There's lacking basic features, such as a shift swap, but there are benefits in keyboard shortcuts (copy/paste/save) to help counter the manual work required. What do you like best about Assembled?

Assembled is a very user-friendly platform. I love how easy it is to create schedules using the Templates feature.

The Real time feature gives us an insight into adherence and performance, and it's handy for monitoring.

The reports offered are complex.

Love how Assembled is hosting workshops about the platform's features - it helps a lot to learn more and see different perspectives from people.

I've been using Assembled for our CX team for 2 years, and I've witnessed their growth and commitment to better themselves with every feedback from their users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Assembled?

I don't mainly use the time off feature as it's not linked with our HR platform, so it creates an extra step for the team, but that's just a process preference. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Assembled?

Zendesk integration is faster than you can imagine. Other than that, the team is very open to feedback which they take action on (I appreciate this a lot!). The 2 founders are very tech-savvy and knows the insides and outs of their platform, Kudos! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
