What I appreciate the most about Assembled is its intuitive and easy-to-use interface, which simplifies the management of complex schedules and tasks. It really helps me with time management and taking my breaks, meeting, work on time. Its notification feature implementation on sites is supreme. I've been using Assmebled from past 3 years now, I have found Assembled a very good tool to manage scheduling for employees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Assembled makes me look like a wizard when it comes to forecasting. I'm able to accurately project labor needs which drives down our cost to serve and accelerates our path to profitability. It is incredibly easy to use, both administratively and from a front line agent perspective. It is my team's first window they open each day. Having used Assembled in both a ZenDesk and Salesforce environment, I do wish the Salesforce integration had the same wow factor that the ZenDesk integration has, but I have confidence that Assembled is working to improve that, so don't let that be a dealbreaker. I find the tool super easy to use. You have almost everything you need. Most important the team from Assembled is very helpful and they are continually developing features. So if something is missing now, for sure they will add it in the future. There are a lot of cool features that make your life easy, like schedules, Team performance reports, individual reports, real-time analysis, and so on.
The implementation was somehow easy and our engineers received all the needed help to make it possible via API.
We are using the tool daily to follow over 3000 agents.
