What do you like best about Arryved?

The ease of operation has to be a key feature. Even making changes to the interface is quick and easy. The reports are very user friendly. Quick customer service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Arryved?

What do you like best about Arryved?

Reporting is great. We love the ux from an aesthetics standpoint. Arryved webinars are so helpful in understanding how to forcast future busniess. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Arryved?

What do you like best about Arryved?

The best part of Arryved is the customer support. You never feel like you're being hung out to dry and they don't just send you links to articles if you have a problem. If we run into an issue mid-shift, I can just call support and they troubleshoot. I've literally never felt like a burden or like it was too much to call or email in. They help generate helpful reports, have an incredibly easy platform to use and it's a fantastic cost! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Arryved?

I love everything... Maybe the splitting and merging of tabs can be a little awkward, but that's from lack of use on my part. We don't really need to use that often being a brewery with very little food components to muddle up tabs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Arryved?

Admin navigation on the back end is quick and easy from adding new products to inventory, to getting new staff set up for clocking in and out. Starting tabs and ringing up customers is also quick and easy. Our previous system didn't allow us to start a tab and hand back customers' cards- we had to hang onto the card! Now we never have to deal with cards left behind. We also really love the donations feature and have been able to raise thousands of dollars for local organizations this year! What do you dislike about Arryved?

We are still waiting for Arryved to offer the option for shipping alcohol through online sales. It was previously a very small part of our sales, so it hasn't been a big priority, but it will be nice to have that feature available when the time comes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Arryved?

Arryved is intuitive, efficient to use, and packed with features that allow for great sales tracking and reporting. Since it's cloud based, it makes it easy to edit and adjust menus remotely, and it requires minimal hardware to get started. Arryved even offers features like offline mode, which can be a life saver during internet outages, and a donation prompt, which allows guests to support our partner charities directly at the check out screen. What do you like best about Arryved?

I like that my guests can access their tab with any server, at the bar, at the food counter or in our shop and that any staff member can close them out. The flexibility for guests allows us to keep selling. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Arryved?

My favorite part about Arrryved is the amazing customer support team. The wait time to connect to a support agent is always very short, everyone is cheery and helpful, and they always help me solve my problem quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Arryved?

Real time customer service. Being able to speak to someone on the phone during business hours is something you cant find with other POS companies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
