What do you like best about Aritic Desk?

Aritic Desk has been helpful in helping us manage our customer support ticketing system. Its user friendly design enables our agents to easily operate and navigate tickets and interaction histories with other agents in writing responses to clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aritic Desk?

Reporting is not incredibly comprehensive for creating detailed customer support performance reports which helps Aritic Desk miss the mark. To generate data for any customized reports, some level of input and effort must be made and this takes a lot of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Aritic Desk?

One of the things that we like best about Aritic Desk is that we are able to get a good variety of options for inbound and outbound contacts, and can make our own tickets about them to be completed. It helps to make managing customer requests much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aritic Desk?

l wish there was a bit more integration with our own website software that we already have been using. It is nice but can be a little annoying how we have to switch back and forth between the two websites. It can be redundant too when we just have to make another ticket. It has a free trial unlike few of its competitors. It comes with full fleged training program that includes documentation, webinars and training videosIt has all the features in place, bridging the gaps created mostly by tools like Marketo or Hubspot with complete ease of use.
