I love the app. I usually use the list view when booking meeting rooms, and the interactive floor maps when I reserve a desk, so I can see who else from my team is at the office that day. For me the most useful thing is being able to access my team's schedule and not having to worry about not knowing who is working from home and who is onsite. Choosing meeting spaces or where to work from is a great experience thanks to nice filters, colleague search, and floor plans. We have a QR-code system to check-in, which means if no one checks-in after some time the room/desk/booth becomes automatically available again. Archie has been great for us, we were looking for something that did more than just desk booking, and out of the solutions we demoed Archie was by far the best for us. Sleek and simple UI, lots of features, and pricing that doesn't break the bank. We use it to register visitors when they arrive, manage meeting rooms and workstations, have an overview of the schedule of different teams and track overall office attendance. More customization options in the reporting module would be great. Also, the mobile app is amazing for the end users but doesn't have all of the admin features of the web version, which is not a big deal but it would be nice to have everything available there as well. What I like the most is the flexibility Archie offers when it comes to desk booking. Our team can use the mobile app, the web app, or even launch the Archie app from Teams. Also you can find an available desk using the floor plan, using the list view, or by looking up a coworker and see where they are sitting, this is just amazing and made the rollout easier than I expected. The only thing I wish was different is having the option to change the order of the menu in the admin dashboard, so I could have my most used modules pinned at the top. With Archie I can find my colleagues, see where they booked a desk, and pick a seat next to them. What's awesome about it is that the app offers a visual floor plan where I can see desks and meeting rooms along with information on who has reserved them. We use Archie at 2 locations and will soon expand to a 3rd one. It's been great from day one and the main difference I see compared to solutions I used in the past is how easy it is to manage the platform. Once the initial setup is done, all further customizations are very straighforward and we can do everything ourselves. Also it just feels like a more modern alternative from a design perspective. Archie has truly made it easy to manage our hybrid work environment! The space management, desk booking and room scheduling features allow our marketing team to plan collaborative days in the office efficiently. It's intuitive, so even new users catch on quickly. Plus, the visibility into who’s in the office and who’s remote on any given day has helped us optimize our in-person meetings and creative sessions. I love that I can easily see when any of my colleagues is planning on being at the office and book a desk next to them. We use a zones system where different departments have different workspaces assigned to them, which means I always have priority to sit next to my team. During the purchasing process I got to speak directly with their CTO regarding some custom requirements and the way there were able to accomodate our needs was fantastic. One feature was developed for us within the first 30 days of our contract, and another that was on their roadmap took a bit longer but was also rolled out. The platform is pretty much the most powerful we demoed in most areas, except for reporting where it still works really well for our needs but I think other companies have similar if not better modules. That's an area they can improve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The set up was easier than I expected, also thanks to the support of their team, and the usability is great. Like other coworking apps it covers everything from payments, events, community feed and so on, so I guess what makes it a better alternative for us is the user interface and how well its various integrations work. They didn't have a native integration with our payment provider, so we had to build a custom one, it was not difficult but it tooks some time for out team.
