"Rapid, Branded Software Demos Made Easy with Arcade"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Arcade?

With Arcade you can rapidly create software demos based on a company branded template. The cloud based format allows you to share editing/review tasks with colleagues. I also like the AI voice production. Very simple and quick to create your narration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Arcade?

What makes it great also limits its potential capability. It is not a full eLearning development tool. I tend to use Arcade to supplement my use of StoryLine, Rise, and other tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Interactive Demos Made Easy, Minor Editing Hiccups"
4/5
What do you like best about Arcade?

I like the free tier and the interactivity provided by Arcade. The clean default design is appealing, and it's great how embedding works easily and well. I also appreciate that I can upload my own videos to insert into chunks for editing, or edit my own video and add interactivity. These features are valuable because they allow my users to have an experience that is much more experiential, not just watching a video but actively learning about the plugin and getting a feel for its interface. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Arcade?

The editing is a bit lackluster; it's challenging to edit successfully as the controls are a bit clunky and splitting the videos is tough. I also found the AI insertions of text or splits sometimes good and sometimes pretty bad, and then it was hard to undo the edits it had made. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Super Flexible with Powerful AI Features"
5/5
What do you like best about Arcade?

I really appreciate how Arcade helps us create specific use cases effortlessly for our clients. The AI translation features, along with incorporated captions, texts, and voices, make it easy and efficient. I also like how easy it is to cut videos and even make video trees, which feels super flexible. Arcade really speeds things up because it does a lot of work for us, especially with the video AI assistant and AI translations, which offer great multilingual support. Additionally, the setup was very easy for me; I got my account and could use it right away because it was very intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Arcade?

In the AI translations, the fields are really too small to work with, and updating them is also difficult because you don't see the full original text, and you don't see the full translated text. Also, the scrolling for longer videos with AI translations is very difficult. So that UI definitely could use some improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Game-Changer for Team Tutorials"
5/5
What do you like best about Arcade?

I like Arcade's ease of use and the accuracy of the descriptions of my clicks. The descriptions generated by the system are generally spot on, so there is minimal editing time. I appreciate that it's a Chrome extension, which makes it really quick and accessible. The interface is well laid out, giving me easy access to building tutorials. The people of Arcade are really amazing. They respond quickly if you reach out via chat or email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Arcade?

I think the desktop app is an excellent addition, but I find it to be less stable than the Chrome extension. Programs we use as a company are desktop only or only work in MS Edge, so a desktop recording function is critical. I also would like the Chrome extension to be able to record native pop ups that show in Chrome on the screen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Interactive Demo Tool, But Pricing is Steep for SMBs."
3.5/5
What do you like best about Arcade?

I find Arcade very intuitive and relatively quick to use. Despite being quite a complicated tool, it has been well thought out as a general tool. They've done a fantastic job with where it's at today. For the complexity of the tool, the initial setup was very easy and relatively simple if you're a little bit techie. What do you dislike about Arcade?

The pricing and packaging of Arcade are a bit steep for small to medium businesses. It's great for larger businesses, but for smaller ones, the packages are very expensive. The early packages are limiting, especially with features like collections. I think we should be able to have more collections instead of just one. Also, it's tough with features being limited to four in a chapter. A landing page with an overview of all chapters for interactive demos would be nice too. Overall, the price is now too high, especially for startups in their early funding rounds. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Elevates Client Engagement with Easy Demos"
5/5
What do you like best about Arcade?

What I like most about Arcade is that it's simple to use. There can be a learning curve, of course, but once you figure it out, it's extremely simple to use and extremely powerful for the price. The AI voice-over alone is extremely valuable to essentially narrate what's going on on the screens without you having to put in the effort. The fact that you're able to replicate that into multiple languages is also extremely valuable. On top of that, Arcade is very easy to set up with just a quick download and a quick Chrome extension. It's super easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Arcade?

I think some of the items that could be a little better improved could be the availability of support. Support's actually really good. You can email the CEO whenever you need some sort of question answered or something taken care of. But I don't think it's obvious that you can email the CEO. And I didn't necessarily see any other clear options when I was using the application. Other parts of it, I think there is a learning curve, like I had mentioned, to using the system. There's a lot of new concepts that aren't familiar in other SaaS tools you might be used to. It's a completely different type of tool. Now maybe if you'd used some of their competitors, maybe it's a little simpler to understand. This was my first time using a tool like this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Interactive Prototyping Made Easy with Arcade"
4/5
What do you like best about Arcade?

The nicest thing about Arcade is that the prototypes we can create are really easy to record and make clickable. I love how having the end consumer being able to click the actual prototype or video and then have it advance to the next functionality brings tutorials to life in a very valuable way. By making them interactive and clickable, it keeps people's attention longer and makes it clearer how our platform works, which is super helpful. It reduces the amount of synchronous conversations we'd have with prospects and customers and helps get our points across to more people than we could with phone calls and Zoom meetings. What do you dislike about Arcade?

We have used Arcade to create some longer flows, like in-depth videos that are ten, fifteen minutes long. When we're going through the review process, it's pretty hard to trim and edit and bring clips in from one take to another. So if there's things we wanna reword, just specific sections, it often requires rerecording the full flow, which can be a little time-consuming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless, Smooth Tool with Fantastic Voiceover Clarity"
5/5
What do you like best about Arcade?

I love that Arcade is very, very smooth. When using one of Arcade's widgets, they are very smooth with no latency issues. This makes using Arcade a great experience compared to other tools. I also appreciate the feature that allows me to record the screen and add voiceovers afterward, which is a lifesaver because I don't have to do multiple takes. This makes demo recording significantly more efficient. The voiceovers are crystal clear, ensuring that what I'm trying to convey is correctly understood, despite my accent. Additionally, the setup with Arcade is very easy due to their instant Chrome extension which lets me start recording right away. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Arcade?

One of the problems that I had with Arcade was that whenever you log in, you must log in with Google. They don't have the traditional email and password route. So if I was using Arcade on, let's say, another computer, and I don't have my Gmail linked over there, that would be a problem. Like, I wouldn't be able to use, my other laptop for recording. "Effortless Demo Creation with Room for Advanced Features"
4/5
What do you like best about Arcade?

I like the interactive demo part of Arcade and appreciate how the framework for recording and editing demos is pretty straightforward and easy to use. Arcade allows me to record a lot of demos without having deep expertise in editing software tools, making it easy for any end user to create engaging interactive demos that show off their product effectively. I also found the initial setup to be pretty easy and really self-explanatory, especially when it comes to setting up a space, sharing it, and giving access to team members. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Arcade?

I think there's definitely a limit in terms of what I could do and not do within the platform. Once you become very advanced, you get limited in what you can do in the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The fastest way to create stunning interactive product demos"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Arcade?

Arcade is an incredibly intuitive tool for creating interactive product demos in minutes. The Chrome extension makes capturing workflows seamless, and the drag-and-drop editor requires zero coding skills. The branching and personalization features allow us to tailor demos for different audiences at scale. The ability to embed demos directly on landing pages has significantly improved our conversion rates. The visual quality of the output is polished and professional, which elevates our product storytelling. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Arcade?

The free plan has limited features, which can be restrictive for teams wanting to explore the full potential before committing. Some advanced analytics require the higher-tier plan. Additionally, loading times for longer, more complex demos can occasionally be slow. More native integrations with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot would also be welcome to streamline workflows further. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
