"Interactive Experience for Prospects and Customers"

What do you like best about Arcade?

Arcade provides our business an interactive experience of our product, which can be difficult to explain without showing. The platform is intuitive, making it easy for us to build demos quickly with the chrome extension.

Arcade also integrates nicely into our CRMs and other parts of our tech stack so we can track the key accounts engaging with our arcades. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Arcade?

Although Arcades can be easy to build using the chrome extension, I do find myself sometimes spending longer than I'd like tweaking the experience. I'm looking forward to trying the new HTML Capture, which lets you modify page elements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Arcade solving and how is that benefiting you?

Arcade provides us click through demo experiences of our products particularly to help educate our prospects about the different solutions we provide. Arcades have been very helpful in our ABM campaign strategy. Using hotspots helps callout specific value props within our tools which drives home our unique selling propositions. "Great tool to make great demo/tutorial videos"

What do you like best about Arcade?

First of all, AI voices are amazing; they don't sound robotic, they have great intonations, and, most of all, they are of great quality. We have tested different tools, and the "good" voices always cost extra and were not that good.

Adding the text for the voice-over to read is also super simple and great. The fact that you can embed the videos, turn them into gifs, and share the content easily makes the whole process much simpler. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Arcade?

I wish there had been more flexibility regarding the size and shape of the zones that needed to be highlighted or zoomed in. I would love for call-outs to link to external content and not just other sections of the app ie. another video or documentation (might be possible, but I have not succeeded). What problems is Arcade solving and how is that benefiting you?

Until now, we would record and edit our own voice overs and this takes a tremendous amount of time and efforts. Making sure that our voices are weel rested, that we always are at the same distance of the microphone.... a lot goes into proper recording. What do you like best about Arcade?

Trust me it is very useful and helpful for creating Arcades and videos with different voiceovers option.

I have been using the Arcade for more than a year now.

It is very easy to use for a new user as it easily gets integrated on your browser with just a download from the arcade website.

In terms of customer support. the Team has been exceptional in handling any queries at any given time.

I do not like the speed to the UI, it lags and takes time to load arcades.

What do you like best about Arcade?

We worked with screem recordings before using Arcade, and for our clients or potential clients, it's completely different to "See" something rather than "Use" something and have a proper experience, that they will remember about later. "great software but expensive for the value"

What do you like best about Arcade?

Its very intuittive, easy to use and beautiful.

What do you dislike about Arcade?

Mainly price, we are a small team and a startup so paying such a high amount in SaaS for product that we dont use daily is a lot.

And i dont feel like the free plan with 3 video only is a good ramp for our setup.

Very intuitative for marketing teams to build interactive product demos to demonstrate the product in action - has been a massive improvement for us to engage with leads without driving people to a one on one demo. Arcade is very easy to learn. My entire team taught themselves how to use the tool. Within a short space of time, we built up a complete tour for our software.
