When scheduling jobs through Arborgold, I would like it to integrate better with Google calendar and iPhone calendar. Right now, when I book a job with multiple tasks (for example: prune a fig tree, remove an olive tree, trim a pine tree), it schedules those tasks as three different jobs, even though they are all going to be done on the same day and the same place. This is confusing for the crew leader. When I've talked to Arborgold for assistance with booking the entire job in one go, they say the program can't handle that request right now. I just schedule one task (for example: prune a fig tree) instead of all three, but this makes it confusing too and I need to double check to make sure the job is closed out properly (but saves the confusion from the crew leader). It is a very friendly program, its interface is very simple and easy to manage, on the other hand the processes or steps for implementation are very simple because the technical support team accompanies generating that is an easy process and minimizing the learning curve, were very effective at the time of training and technology transfer, in terms of the operation of this software is very efficient, as it increases profitability, optimizes processes such as programming, administration and marketing, which facilitates more efficient growth.
