What do you dislike about Aptean Respond?

It was not an easy process to get it installed, but it is definitely worth the investment. I have seen many of my competitors that are using other systems that are not as efficient. Aptean Respond is the best complaint management system in the current market, just be ready to pay a little more for it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Aptean Respond?

For an organization, its customers are most important. Many time it happens that, there is a lot of issues faced by the customers and there is no specific system is available for Complaint to forward. This tool works here. It provided a reasonable system Complaint Portal dedicated for the customers. Its simple interface helps the customer select the product or service for which the complaint has t be raised. It will be singly linked with the respective department, and all the hierarchy are involved. It will auto-notify the concern about the unresolved issues—a perfect system for implementation. What do you dislike about Aptean Respond?

It often integrates with all the departments for the unresolved issues, which is nowhere linked with the complaint. User rights should be provided so that a specific type of complaint can be reached to a concerned person only. There should be the accurate report will be accumulated with the department or center wise so that management can be taken decision effectively and resolve the issue faster.
