The pricing model -- price points based on the number of employees -- makes it difficult to sell this to clients at times. Some companies have thousands of employees that don't use any tech, which means they won't have any need of governance. However, those employees still factor into the price. While this is the industry standard for platform pricing, convincing a client that has GRC team of less than five people that their platform will cost >$20k is a hard sell. Luckily, Apptega works with us to lower pricing in those scenarios.

The Apptega platform is easy to navigate and understand, but also highly functional. Its very easy to spin up an instance for my customers when we condcut assessments or enroll them in our vCISO services. It allows us to manage more customers with its automated features and I love the depth of reporting and numerous frameworks that they support. The best thing about working with Apptega has been their team. From the sales team to customer success, product team, and even executive leadership, they have been fantastic to work with. I don't like that I have to scroll all the way down to click save. I know there is a save button on each control section but that still requires me to scroll to the bottom of the control to go save it. Sometimes I present a risk assessment live and go through it with a client and all the scrolling up and down is just a slitgh inconvenience. I also would love to be able to see the control number nect to each section. For example in the CMMC assessment, you have to expand the entire category to see the control number.
