Reminders Page. It's not easy to navigate. I just want to be able to pull up a day and have all the patients scheduled for that day there and be able to click on a patient and see every text sent to them. The way it's set up is a window with a time range and lists ALLLL the reminders sent for numerous patients. Even if they cancelled or moved their appointment. When someone puts in a land line and it leaves a message, the people can't respond. It needs to say press 1 to confirm or 2 to cancel. They never call us back with the answer and we have to call them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It was a quick, easy setup to start sending text messages for lesson appointments and gave reporting after they were sent that helped in making fewer calls to confirm.
