Appointmate gives you excellent options for scheduling and it covers all aspects needed in our homecare office. We are able to schedule every other week schedules, pull detailed reports when needed, track live statuses of employees etc. I have used other scheduling programs during previous employment and it was difficult because we did not have access to the information we needed outside of the office. Unless you know the program It can be hard to navigate. I have used appointmate for over 5 years and there are many areas within the program that I have not been able to use. Appointmate offers significant access to reports, if you know how to access them and which report to pull. It is difficult to know which report will give you the information you are seeking. Appointmate has it all. Scheduling, task list, consumer info sheet, logs employees hours, PTO days, you can email everyone and is a time saver for anyone not ysing the telephony system Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
