Worst customer service ever. Even when paid. Changed subscription from $49 to $390 a month. Did this without communication, no reposne to countless questions about it. The app development process has been made easy with the help of AppMySite. However, I feel that it would be even better if they could assist more in actually publishing your iOS or Android apps on both stores - especially since this website is run by two different entities which may make integration difficult at times but there are still resources available online for learning how to apply either Apple's iTunes Store Or Google Play Stores! AppMySite makes creating a mobile-centric digital store from a WooCommerce website easy to implement as possible. AppMySite will automatically import content and products from a Wordpress and WooCommerce app and provide an elevated shopping experience to end-users through an app. The native WooCommerce application type makes it simple to integrate a mobile application within your existing ecosystem. AppMySite does not have integration with native App Store/Google Play in-app purchases and subscriptions, which makes it difficult to pass native monetization checks unless the purchases do not provide any in-app benefit, mostly limiting the revenue to in-app advertisements and virtual and physical products. I wish that there was more explanation of how users must sign up for Google or Apple store before being able to publish their mobile application on the platform. I was unaware of this until after using AppMySite to discover that the component was needed. I assumed we could convert website to a mobile application and allow users to freely download application from our website or AppMySite's website without having to go through Google or Apple app stores. It's incredible to be able to create native mobile apps in a no-code way. It's simple to go from a website to a mobile app, in half an hour it's possible to have a first working prototype on your smartphone.

The support is very good, especially when it comes to prepare everything on the Appstore and the PlayStore (it's complex, with lot of details and things to do in a certain order). It's not very user friendly. I still have yet to actually get the app into the app store, even with the auto publish to the app store add on. There are many steps required to get it into the app store, and after over a month of working on it I still haven't successfully finished. I think we are going to need to hire someone off of upwork to finish the job for us. They have email support which has been somewhat helpful, but they keep referring me to set up a spport call, which are only available in the middle of the night and early in the morning for east coast time. It very easy to use and may need very few minutes to conver your wordpress or woocommerce webstites in to mobile app. One of the key strengths of AppMySite is its easy-to-use design interface.
