"Easy, Fast Way to Find Decision-Makers with Verified Emails and Phone Numbers"
What do you like best about Apollo.io?

I like that it’s an easy, quick way to narrow down searches for decision-makers and get verified emails and phone numbers. I use it to find operations managers, IT managers, plant managers, and other decision-makers in manufacturing which my company targets for security installation like surveillance and access control. It’s much easier to reach out this way than trying to rely on company websites or even LinkedIn.

At first, I had a bit of trouble configuring the search parameters for the region I was focusing on, but once I learned how to set up the personas, it became a lot easier. I also like that I could start with the free version to get the hang of it before deciding whether I wanted to pay for the Pro or Organization version.

Recently, in my office, we used Apollo to confirm that a plant manager had changed his publicly listed email to a new one, which was very helpful. For my purposes, it’s most useful for seeing who is currently in a specific role at a company we’re targeting for sales. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apollo.io?

At first, there are a lot of options and additional add-ons to sort through. There are also quite a few notifications prompting you to upgrade right away, which I understand from a business perspective.

I also had to do a bit of research and go through some tutorials to learn how to set the personas and parameters to get good search results. On top of that, I needed to look into how the credits work so I could understand what I was using. Basically, I had to learn a bit before I could use it properly. "Massive, Verified Contact Database with Powerful Advanced Search Filters"
What do you like best about Apollo.io?

I love the breadth of the database; having access to over 275 million contacts with verified emails and direct dials in one place is the backbone of my lead generation strategy. The Advanced Search Filters (like VC funding, tech stack, and hiring signals) essential for building laser-targeted lists Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apollo.io?

I find the credit-based pricing system confusing and sometimes frustrating, as it can be difficult to predict exactly how many credits I will burn through during a high-volume sprint. The inconsistency in phone number accuracy is also frustrating a lot of times, especially for international markets; I often find that I am spending high-value credits on mobile numbers that turn out to be invalid. "Its was amazing and so easy to use."
What do you like best about Apollo.io?

I had a great experience using Apple when I first had to get leads fro LinkedIn to build a B2B pipeline. It was so easy to use and gave quality results for email ID and phone number. Reaching out to CXO, Founding Teams, investors became so easy. I have been frequently using Apollo for 8-9 months now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apollo.io?

I didn't see any downsides as of now. I have always received really good results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The Best All-in-One Platform for Global Outbound Sales"
What do you like best about Apollo.io?

I use Apollo every day to find and manage new customers across EMEA and the US markets. The interface and overall performance are great because the platform is very easy to navigate and stays fast even when I am handling large lists of leads. I really value the AI and intelligence features, especially the intent signals that helped me identify the right time to reach out to enterprise accounts like Zalando and JD Sports. The integrations are also a huge plus as the tool connects perfectly with Salesforce, keeping all my data synced in one place automatically. The onboarding process was simple to follow, and the support resources made it easy for me to start building a pipeline quickly. Overall, the ROI has been excellent because I reduced my manual research time by 60%, which allowed me to build a $2M+ qualified pipeline and close significant revenue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apollo.io?

One thing I dislike is that when I import data from Sales Navigator, Apollo sometimes changes a person’s job title or company name. That makes the data less accurate, and I end up having to correct it manually.

Also, the LinkedIn extension doesn’t allow bulk uploads of a large number of leads at once. You can only save 25 people at a time, which feels slow when I’m trying to build a bigger list.

Another frustrating issue is that when I add multiple people from the same company, the tool asks me to choose the domain every single time. It would be much better if it automatically remembered the domain for that company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient All-in-One Sales Platform for Smarter Prospecting"
What do you like best about Apollo.io?

I like best about Apollo.io is its all-in-one platform that combines a large contact database with powerful outreach and automation tools. It makes it easy to find targeted leads, manage campaigns, and track performance—all in one place, saving time and improving sales efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apollo.io?

One downside of Apollo.io is that its data accuracy can sometimes be inconsistent, with outdated or incorrect contact details. The interface can also feel overwhelming for new users, and some advanced features are locked behind higher pricing plans. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Apollo: My Go-To Tool for Accurate Lead Data"
What do you like best about Apollo.io?

What I love most about Apollo is that, out of all the tools I use daily for lead generation, it consistently provides the most accurate and up-to-date contact information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apollo.io?

While I find Apollo to be a valuable tool, I've noticed that sometimes Sales Navigator's search engine pulls up a few more contacts than Apollo does. Although this isn't a frequent occurrence, it's something to keep in mind. Additionally, when extracting information from contact profiles on devices with less powerful processors, the process can be a bit slow, especially when opening multiple sub-tabs. "Intuitive Prospecting and Robust Contact Database with Apollo.io"
What do you like best about Apollo.io?

Apollo.io has been a great tool for prospecting and outreach. The platform is intuitive and easy to navigate, even for those who are newer to sales outreach tools. The contact database is robust and made it straightforward to identify and connect with the right people at target organizations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apollo.io?

One area for improvement is data accuracy — some contacts had outdated information, which occasionally led to higher email bounce rates than expected. Additionally, while the core features are easy to use, there is a bit of a learning curve when navigating the more advanced functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simplifying Lead Generation and Sales Outreach"
What do you like best about Apollo.io?

I especially like how Apollo.io lets you search for decision-makers and immediately start outreach from the same dashboard. The advanced filters and built-in email sequences make lead generation much faster than using separate tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apollo.io?

My biggest dislike about Apollo.io is that the contact data can be inconsistent. A lot of users report outdated job titles, wrong phone numbers, and email bounce rates that are much higher than expected—especially outside the US Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Why Apollo.io Has Revolutionized Our B2B Sales Process"
What do you like best about Apollo.io?

Since writing this review, we've been especially impressed with Apollo's continued improvements to their intent data and AI-powered recommendations. The platform keeps getting smarter at surfacing the right prospects at the right time, which has made our outreach even more targeted. It's clear the team is constantly investing in the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apollo.io?

Anything that Apollo.io can improve?

Previous Response: There are some drawbacks. The learning curve is steep, and pricing isn't cheap, especially for larger teams. I've occasionally encountered outdated contact information, and the platform can slow down during peak hours. Email sending limits can also restrict high-volume campaigns. Despite these limitations, the ROI has been clear. Our prospecting efficiency has doubled, and conversion rates are up 30% since implementation. While it might be overkill for small teams, Apollo.io is a worthwhile investment for growing B2B sales operations. The bottom line: Apollo.io has earned its place as our team's go-to sales intelligence platform by delivering real, measurable results. Show Less Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Apollo.io Streamlines Prospecting and Outreach for a More Efficient Sales Workflow"
What do you like best about Apollo.io?

What I like best about Apollo.io is how it brings prospecting and outreach together in one place. It makes it much easier to find the right contacts, get reliable information about them, and reach out without switching between multiple tools. The filtering options are very useful for narrowing down the exact audience we want to target, & the platform saves a lot of time in the research process. Overall, it helps make the sales workflow more organised and efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apollo.io?

One thing I sometimes find challenging about Apollo.io is that the data accuracy can vary for certain contacts, so it occasionally requires additional verification before outreach. Also, the platform has many features, which is great, but it can feel a little overwhelming at first for new users to navigate and fully utilize everything. A slightly more streamlined interface or clearer on boarding guidance could make the experience even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
