Apollo’s new AI features actually make day-to-day outbound much easier. Researching prospects, writing personalized emails, and building outreach sequences now takes a fraction of the time compared to doing it manually.

The product has so many features it requires quite a lot of education to get the best from it. There's a constant feeling you're not using more than a small percentage of the capabilities. Since I first started using Apollo.io many enhancements have been added to the application. The overall system is now very powerful and improves the day-to-day efficiency of my work. I would be great if there was an additional user subscription level which allowed a very basic access at a much reduced cost.
