# How do I ensure my e-mail are not sent to Spam? I want to understand how do I make sure my emails that are sent through Apolo's Sequence tools are not flagged as spam. There are other competing tools who give detailed description on how their product avoids this problem. Wanted to have an understanding of does Apolo deal with it. Additionally I plan to change my e-mail provider from Gmail to Zoho at some point in time in future. Is there a support for Zoho's mail service withing the Apolo's ecosystem, ##### Post Metadata
