Top Rated AP4 Project Managers Alternatives
This is a very useful project management application. It has come a long way over the years and has many useful features. I Used this several years ago and started using this software again recently and I can see much improvement. There are great features such as task creation and management, discussion boards and, the ability to upload files and pictures. There is also a great mobile app. The mobile app is easy to use and really helps keep me on top of issues. A really interesting are that I have not had the need for is Submittals. This is an area that allows you to share submittals. I think this is a really neat feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is no area for risk management and no specific areas for issue tracking. There are a few ways around this by using other features but I would rally like to see a designated area for risk management and issue tracking. Another area that would be nice is a Gantt view for To Do's.This software is great for task tracking and To Do's and assigning individuals but it does not have a great way Calendar view or Gantt View. Friendly and easy interface that allows new project team members to collaborate and integrate very quickly. and you get what you paid for: it's very cost-likely! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The mobile app works better than the desktop app. Anyway, the mobile app is so useful to the point of having a minimal need to use the desktop.
Once a collaborator has entered it becomes very difficult to modify the data
