I like the different "tones" or personas that you can choose to customize the project you're working on. To change the "tone" you use a drop-down menu. Easy-peasy. I also like that I can fiddle around with the content improver, adding or subtracting words until I get the "score" that I like. Just saw that there are 10 "use cases" to choose from.
