With Any.do, organizing my tasks is simple and fast. The app works fine, and it does the job that it’s supposed to do, setting daily reminders and scheduling to keep myself on track of what’s going on. I love apps that offer a simple, minimalistic professional design, so using Any.do is always a pleasure to the eyes. I use the mobile app frequently because I find it to be faster to use than the desktop, and also because when I am on the move it motivates me to get things done faster.
Tasks in Any.do are simple to create, and it has a focus feature that, as the name indicates, helps a lot with the completion of tasks daily, weekly or monthly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
This is one of the few apps that I find work best on mobile than on desktop, which is a lot to say and can avoid new users from using this program, but I personally don’t really mind. The smoothness of the mobile app is amazing and works to work on my daily tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The software experience and UI for Any.do is nothing short of amazing. It is beautiful and of course easy and intuitive to use! It makes organizing my week easy and syncs with all my calendars (work and personal) to give me a one-stop shop for productivity that is perfect. I've tried multiple similar apps that all had one or 2 things wrong with them but Any.do nails just about everything I want from it without asking me to pay for features I won't use. As someone who is debilitated on a daily basis by their attention deficit disorder, this app has truly changed my life by making organizing FUN. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are 2 things that I would love to see improved.
1. There is no Apple calendar integration on the Mac app just yet. It is available on the Iphone but I would love to see it when using Any.do on my Macbook.
2. NOTE: the Calendar feature is still in Beta but I do want to make this time-saving suggestion. On the calendar view, there is no way to change the allotted time for tasks. They currently show on the calendar as 30-minute slots but are not able to be adjusted to take more or less time up on the calendar. I have resorted to putting in an event with the task so that I can still hit complete on the task but have a more accurate representation on my calendar Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Any.do is an excellent platform to organise tasks and help to keep us on track. Any.do send reminders, and we can set deadlines for the tasks. We can share the to-do lists and tasks with our colleagues.
Any.do allow us to integrate calendars like Google Calendar, which helps us with reminders, and we can also check all our tasks on Google Calendar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is nothing specific to dislike about Any.do it help us to stay organised? But it needs some improvements like API integration and should reduce its cost. Else everything is excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

simple, user-friendly interface, which makes it easy for users to create and manage their tasks. Additionally, its cross-platform availability, calendar integration, and the ability to collaborate with others are also features that I love. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
To simple that it lacks advanced features that is found in other similar told. pricing of the premium version too high according to an Indian consumer. I don't like latest update Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I use any.do to structure my daily task and i very much like the idea that i can move a task from a dsay to the necxtday seamlessly. The notifaction also serve as a remainder to keep me well focus Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
sometimes when the notification pushes out when on some apps, it cause a bit of lag on my device Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I found any.do at the right time, when I was learning to schedule my daily tasks efficiently. I loved the clean interface from the minute I installed the app. But what really helped me were the app integrations with different calendars on your phone/desktop. It was easy to club work and personal tasks on this app Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think this app became stagnant after a while and I stopped using it; maybe due to a lack of new features. Also, it recently started giving issues with syncing with my Alexa device. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The application is really simple to use and can serve managing personal as well as work tasks. It has a reminder and snooze feature so that you do not miss anything that you have planned for the day. It also allows you to add color tags to prioritize your tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing I dislike is not having a feature like auto-deleting the completed task as it kind of becomes clutter, and if you do not delete the tasks regularly, it will take you a long time to select and delete each task. And some more app integrations would have been useful too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This is one of the best Day-to-Day planners available in the market and it has all the best features you will ever need. It can be used to track daily, weekly and monthly activities and regular reminders. Assign activities to the team members and track their progress. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The design part of the app needs to improve. More and more features with some automation could improve the app usage drastically and help use the app more effectively. If they can bring in more affordable premium plans for the users, it works out best. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Any.Do is one of the best To-Do List App. I like it's the most straightforward user interface, and it allows me to add tasks the way I want to add. No mandatory and unwanted fields are there. It reminds me of important meetings, daily task from my to do list and helps me meeting timelines also increases my productivity. Most importantly I like it's grocery list and certainly I use it the most. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
All the features are good and there is noting I dislike about using Any.Do while organizing my dat to day tasks but I have a one suggestion to work on. It should work on the voice assistant like Google assistant. I see I can integrate it with the Google Voice Assistant but not sure how will it work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Any.do helps organize all main tasks, send notifications and track progress. It provides a user-friendly interface, the light structure of the sections and a nice sum-up of all tasks in a calendar view. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It has no significant drawbacks. However, it is a pity that Recurring Reminders are available only with a Premium account. In order to add recurring tasks to the basic account, I had to copy-paste them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Everything else is great... if you can get over the "dislikes"... and I consider the "dislikes" fatal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
EVERY SINGLE ITEM you enter (without a defined due date) will show up in the 'TODAY' (i.e., due today / due now) view. So, if you have 10 things you need to do today (which are appearing in "today" because they have a "due date" = [Today]), and you suddenly have a brainstorm about 20 things you really want to do related to your finances (and you enter them in the finances project you created)...then BOOM your "today" list just went from 10 items you intended to do target today to 30... b/c any.do put all 20 of those new financial tasks into the "TODAY" view. If you want to prevent that, you need to manually enter a different due date on each such financial task, or set each financial task to "someday"... It's an endless maddening clickfest. The app basically will not let you brainstorm entry tasks w/o thereby also completely adulterating your TODAY to-do list. This design flaw has been commented on 100s of times for over two years on uservoice.com... and Any.do doesn't seem to have any intention of adjusting their design.
The OTHER issue that's incredibly frustrating is their "set recurring task" is cludgy: you must create the event first, then set it to recurring, and btw, if you had previously set a due date of the task, it's is a click-fest to rearrange the settings on the task to get the task set-up for recurring.
Very frustrating that everything else is so good on this app; why can't they just fix these two basic things? But they won't, it seems. It's so disappointing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
