I love that there really are no limits to what you can do, if you have an idea there is the ability to do something with it! it's not just blue sky thinking, you can make it into a reality. It has a module to create different contests, campaigns, sweepstakes and other activities that encourage customer loyalty with our products. These gamification modules are created easily and in a few steps. It has a portal for members, where our customers can enter and place all the incidents they make with our products; their purchases, product usage, tracking campaigns and more, to receive rewards. It allows web and mobile access, so that customers have much easier to enter the customer portal and for administrators to closely monitor customer and campaign behavior. The system can feel a bit slow when entering new contest information and uploading files to the software. The integration with MailChimp was a pain, but because of a bug of ours that we were able to fix thanks to the attention of tech support.
