What I dislike most is the pre-post because it is no admissibile that only because it is free, it is very bad in creating the bulk code. The quality of their acquisitions really depends on the original quality when purchased in addition to the development and improvement of the programs after acquisition. Personally, it seems that there really aren't any major improvements to acquisitions. They are just plopped into Mechanical but do not have similar workflows and do not feel organic to ANSYS. I find most dislike thing in ansys software that we required higher intial investment because this software want powerful computer system. Uptill now for whatever purpose I have used ANSYS, I have never experienced any delays or lags during the simulation. Results obtained were very much accurate with the real-life situations and help me iterate better versions of my models with the best results in consideration.
