I needed our front desk team in the Philippians to take calls on the computer system instead of a physical phone. Answer Connect made it possible to do that, plus they tested it out before I left the call. They also set up the company's computer voice messaging system (because I didn't want to use my voice). They configured everything in a fantastic amount of time, were super professional, and listened to what I wanted. This was an effortless set up and not complex at all.
