The design is so sleek and minimalistic. I had the idea in mind to have a "news-feed" -esque section of our website, but was having a hard time finding a plugin that was designed well enough to fit in seemlessly with our site's design. Announcekit was going to cost us a bit more than other options out there, but we decided it was well worth it. We're really happy with how it looks and this product was definitely my top choice after looking around for similar ones. I've also contacted their customer service a couple of times, just with setting things up and they were really responsive (like chatting with me within a few minutes each time) and helpful. I'm a bit of a novice with backend work, but it is all really user-friendly and easy to setup. If you have questions like I did they're really quick to respond and get things figured out. I love the UI, how intuitive it is to post, analyze and communicate our product's features. Whenever you create a new post, you have all the options at your fingertips: adding an image, multiple images, font, formatting, etc. The UI is super clean and there is lots of customization in how you want to label your announcements. The support is also stellar. Whenever I have a question in the chat, they're super quick to respond.

I think they could improve their analytics feature a bit more. They do have some excellent options for filtering how you want to get your user engagement with your announcements, but I think their dashboard for analytics could use a little more meat. Other than that, they do offer you the CSV download, so you can import it into your own reporting tool if needed or do your own analysis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
