What do you like best about AnnounceKit?

What do you dislike about AnnounceKit?
I can't integrate it easily with things like Freshdesk - there is an integration available via Zapier, but it's limited. I want to be able to auto-post to my Freshdesk forum whenever I've added a release note to Announcekit. Just to stress that I can currently do this with Zapier - it's just a little fiddly. What do you like best about AnnounceKit?
We like the simplicity of use of Announcekit. It's really easy to setup technically on the client-side and their content creating interfaces are simple to use as well.
Overall it lets us communicate easily with our users when we have important announcements to make. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about AnnounceKit?
The user tracking feature should be included in the first paying tier, because it really is bad UX to push the same message twice to the same people. Of course, the feature exists, but paying twice the price just for it is a bit steep. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
