Anedot Pros and Cons

Anedot has been a wonderful company to work with. Their backend software never seems to have glitches, it's easy to see what has been given and with their new donor support page, I don't have to intercept changes donors want to make. Sometimes when setting up a new account, you have to wait for them to call you to verify information and then have the underwriting processed. While I understand this for a new account, it can be kind of a hassle and unnecessary when creating a sub-account.
