What are the best tips and tricks that we can utilize in Amplitude?

For me, the dashboards sometimes lack certain features to narrow the user groups I want: For example, Users with a specific activity in the first x sessions/days How did you solve this for yourselves?

Our biggest challenge has been for the sales team to structure new charts, mainly due to the difficulty they have encountered finding events and working around the users and events simultaneously.

I want to plot user composition traits such as email, region, country who signed up on the platform in a table.

I want to observe time lag between a set of events. How to do this on Amplitude ?

We want to export every hour the amplitude events and use them to train our recommendation engine model.
