i log into amplifai twice a month for my one to ones with my tl. we can record the session and we go through the coaching form. the form is helpful to guide the conversation and I can look at my stats before the meeting and know what my tl is going to say before he says it. before we implemented amplifai we couldn't see where we were until we saw it on the board. the library has a lot of videos and if you spend time watching them sometimes you forget to login to your station on time. it would be more helpful if it told you how much time the video would be before you start the collection. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Amplifai is fully equipped with what the team leaders and managers need to improve their performance. It not just helps with coaching but it helps the team leaders be organized and which tasks to prioritize. Team leaders' struggle nowadays is prioritizing which task to do first, and Amplifai plays a big role on that. It also helps the team leaders to follow through with their agent's performance! When a lot of users are logged in, it takes time to load the site or to move from one page to another. Another is when resetting a password. It takes time to load the page before a name can actually be entered in the field. Last would be the extraction of tasks data. AmplifAI has enabled our call center to have a centralized portal to view our KPIs and Quality metrics and goals. They are ahead of the industry in developing coaching packages with quick access to job aids and micro learnings. I love that performance intelligence dashboards are designed so many roles. They provide a view of performance metrics and highlight recommended actions for agents, superviosrs, trainers, QAs, and our senior leadership. AND their customer sucess team is unbelievable. AmplifAI has changed my coaching sessions with my manager. I'm able to see where I am against my goals and how i'm going against my peers. Since we started recording the coaching sessions, I don't have to be confused on what was said, and I don't have to ask my manager to remind me. I get a pop-up reminder when I have a committment coming up. I also like the ability of being able to acknowledge messages that used ot be in different systems. I really like the ability to play games that allow me to make even more money. I can make a commitment that I can hit and make some extra money when I hit it, especially when I need to make rent. The UI/UX is not as sleek as I've seen other tools out there. I wish AmplifAI had a more modern look to the tool. I don't like the fact that it highlights the calls where I made a transfer, but could've probably handled it. I can't always be on, but that's part of the visibility that we have. Amplify is good at showing me where I am compared to the other agents. My team leader is able to see where my stats are for aht and fcr which is what we are focused on right now. I don't know how they did it before, but I get sent videos to watch when I need help on something. I think it saves time for my team leader when we go into the coachings, she does not have to tell me everything I need to focus on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes the videos that I get sent are the sames ones for the same topics, so if I have a hard time with fcr, it shows me the same videos from the library.
