Compared to other loyalty and reward-based tools, ambassador allows the most creative control of the customer journey both visually and in engagement points. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't dislike much but for our user case the hubspot integration could be strengthened as well as more control on the Give and get sides of our journey. We also have the potential to push through large volumes so being able to activate and deactivate customers based on engagement would be a huge win Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
