I just went live with my program, and already am seeing great results. The GetAmbassador team was thorough, helpful, and offered lots of suggestions to make sure my process was strong. I like how easy it is to navigate the Ambassador platform - it's fairly user friendly and our members of the programs don't typically experience many issues in claiming their rewards. The team members of Ambassador are also very friendly and helpful and are able to work through any issues quite quickly. While we don't use all the features Ambassador has to offer, they have a good variety of features and different payment methods for bonuses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The biggest downside of Ambassador is that it lacks some key features that its competitors are providing. When it comes to manual uploads, the process is clunky and there isn't a great streamlined solution. We wish we could have a bit more automation in our experience. We appreciated the solution provided by your sales and onboarding team to include the Ambassador tech team member, Arthur in our final sales call and during onboarding. Ultimately, your team understands your solution better than we can and we were able to collaborate with Arthur about our process and the best ways to implement Ambassador into that process. This is an area we struggled in with our last referral/affiliate solution provider and this time we were able to get answers quickly and complete onboarding in record time. Thank you, Arthur! I think setting expectations about onboarding upfront is great, but I would like to see Ambassador invest in a better, more intuitive (and branded) onboarding solution. Google Sheets have their purpose, but for the client experience they fall short and may be confusing. Opening tabs upon tabs is just not user friendly even with someone walking you through it. There are a ton of solutions available for onboarding clients that would make the experience go from good to great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It provides a seamless onboarding process, excellent customer service, and a feature-rich platform. It offers customizable referral programs, real-time tracking and reporting, automated payouts, and an efficient choice for affiliate marketing! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that it is flexible and can be designed to fit your organization's specific setup. It provides all of the out of the box functionality you'd want to have for a referral marketing software, and is easy to report on success and ROI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
