Calling the Textract API is straightforward, and it has incredible accuracy. I initially needed a tool to extract data from invoices, which was proving tricky, but now AWS fully supports reading from invoices. Great for automating business processes! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Amazon with its ground breaking research facilities enabled a marvelous Optical Charector recognition software that is capable of extracting text from documents and forms without hassle. Even though there are free tools like Google Tesseract and MODI suite from Microsoft.
