There is nothing I dislike about it, only thing is they keep a hard watch on the bounce rate. If the delivery rate is not maintained and it goes below 95%, we are marked as red. Though I understand that is a security measure to stop spammers but in some cases it causes the users to be very cautious and not unleash the real big potential of this service.
