You can host your chatbot on only four provided channels which are Facebook, Kik, Slack and Twillo SMS .If we want to host our chatbot other than this four then it is quite difficult. What I like most about amazon lex is its simplicity of use, the software provides a clear guide through the use of the console to create a chatbot in an easy and simple way. In general I like all the features of this software, the only thing I did not like is that in its free version only allows processing 10,000 text requests and 5000 voice requests per month.
