"I was recommended to AlwaysHired by a friend who had gone through the program. Within about two months, I landed a job with a $75,000 base salary and $150,000 OTE at a great tech company. It requires a lot of hard work and commitment, but for those willing to put in the effort, it's absolutely worth it!

One of the aspects I truly valued at AlwaysHired was the CEO, Gabe Moncayo’s approach. He was always direct and honest, never shying away from constructive criticism. In an industry driven by results, having a leader who is strict and straightforward is invaluable. You'll always know where you stand and what you need to improve on.

What problems is AlwaysHired solving and how is that benefiting you?

I expected super fast paced and all over the place, and will be very off on my own, but it was not that at all. Everything was calm, organized with AlwaysHired. Maybe had bad stigma/recruiters or these types of companies (get you intv/job then leave you off on your own) -- but it was totally different. Also - the sales side of it...was expecting the help to only be sales stuff, but it was also a lot of culture things as well (which is underrated, especially for someone coming in cold to the tech industry that doesn't know a lot about the culture). What problems is AlwaysHired solving and how is that benefiting you?

Last quarter, I sought out Gabe's assistance in pursuing an ambitious goal of securing 30 opportunities. Despite feeling nervous and apprehensive, I trusted that Gabe could guide me towards success. Gabe initiated our collaboration with mindset coaching, prioritizing the need for data. Unlike mentors who provide comforting words, Gabe is the type to deliver what is necessary for long-term growth.

As a rigorous coach, he focuses on developing A-Team players. Gabe instilled in me the importance of accountability and responsibility, both for myself and my team. In the challenging field of sales, distractions are abundant, but Gabe ensured my focus remained sharp, emphasizing the clarity of my WHY.

Thanks to his coaching and expert training, I not only met my quota but surpassed expectations. My team and I emerged as the top performers, earning us the "Best Team" award and finishing the quarter at an impressive 124%—the highest achievement in the company.

It can be tricky to figure out which techniques will work the best, as every company and product is a little different. There's some trial and error involved, but that's to be expected. I brought in AlwaysHired to train up an existing team of SDRs to help them develop stronger skills to become an Outbound focused group. Cold calling and getting the team comfortable booking meetings from live conversations was the goal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I worked with Always Hired to help us hire an SDR to ramp our partner program efforts. We were very strict about the type of candidate we wanted to bring in. In just under 2 weeks, they identified top sales candidates that fit our organizational goals and helped to coordinate all of the interviews. What do you like best about AlwaysHired?

Our company had never worked with a sales Bootcamp before, so I didn't know what to expect. The best part about working with AlwaysHired was both the talent of the candidate pool and the flexibility they allowed our organization. The candidates were well vetted and trained to transition to a SaaS sales role.
