What do you like best about Alvaria Cloud?

What do you dislike about Alvaria Cloud?

Cloud stability can sometimes be a factor but it's nothing that inhibits our ability to efficiently get work done and with some updates and time, that should not be a factor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What is Alvaria Cloud?

Alvaria Cloud is a web-based customer engagement center suitable for organizations with 100 or more concurrent and named users. The system is a complete set of customer service capabilities including self-service, omnichannel inbound, outreach, workforce management, quality management, service intelligence, continuous delivery, gamification, and reporting analytics. Users can manage customer preferences and segmentation data through the self-service portal. The solution offers a cross-channel, continuous experience when customers engage, inquire and request service through any channel that suits them. The proactive outreach feature allows companies to provide customers information and recover debt and sales revenues. Personalized interactions are made possible through the service intelligence feature. Customer data and personal preferences are stored and can be referenced for each interaction. Customer engagement reporting and analytics help users focus on efficiency and service strategies. The system also offers a live assistance feature that is available to users 24/7.

RDP doesn't offer seamless windows but a small curve to adjust. The customer portal is a bit clunky but should improve with age.

What do you like best about Alvaria Cloud?

The people I have worked with at Alvaria are always friendly and responsive, I have worked through several large scale product rollouts with large scale customization requests which have always been discussed honestly with advice and guidance offered throughout end to end implementation. Consider all internal costs associated with maintaining on-premise infrastructure, both labor costs as well as server/software based costs. In most cases, there will be an overall increase in charges to Alvaria for Cloud, but the reduced internal costs in moving away from on-premise-based systems generally negate this increase, if not reduces overall costs of service. What do you like best about Alvaria Cloud?

They alert us of any updates to make adjustments, and they follow up on tickets, keeping you in the loop.

The interface is easy to follow and understand. I also love live listening and the opportunity to coach and assist agents live on calls Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Alvaria Cloud?

At times, the length of how tickets ake to resolve. I have seen improvements in turnaround time, which is a plus! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Alvaria Cloud:

Come with an open mind! They are actively working to improve their services, and I have seen improvements myself! The system is very user-friendly, and when issues arise, they work quickly to resolve and follow up throughout and even after the case is handled. I enjoy working with the support team.
