I like how it works. It is very easy and intuitive to use while it provides wide range of features that make management of assets a lot easier than with our previous solution. Also the integration to Intune, SCCM, M365 portal and Azure provides data that I had to looking in different places, now I find easily everything in one place. - easy to use with drag and drop option of assets - I can easily move it from one department to another

- we can easily manage lifecycle asset management and have an overview of spare parts for the boat, boats, servers, notebooks, phones, keys, licenses, contracts, people, locations, and many more for daily use

- the possibility to track anything - both software and hardware per location, per users and also the possibility to have as many attributes as we want per our needs so specific such as marine industry

- having all history of changes in hand within the asset is a big advantage

- great Power BI reports for showing what we have in stock, ends of warranties etc.

- overview of licenses and contracts - their expiration date, number of years, etc.

- easy asset inventory whenever we need to make sure we have all in stock and it corresponds to actual reality

- mobile app for scanning codes in the field - no need to have a laptop in hand

We use ALVAO Asset and ALVAO ServiceDesk tool in our company. It's very helpful for us that we have all assets (laptops, computers, LCDs, etc..) in Asset. We have finally arrangement in our all asset :-) A lot of function can be manage automatic and you save your work :-) Same is with ServiceDesk. We have a lot of requests from users and with this tool you can manage it very qucikly and requests has order. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Simple and excellent user friendly tool that handle compley stuff. I like the fact that if I have troubles with my laptop I can submit a ticket with the attached asset infromation to IT and they quickly resolve it. I can also check all of my assets I have in my hands. From expiry date, warranties, pin codes to car plate number, Alvao has it all in one place. I like also the possibility to check how long I own certain assets for example my company phone and request a new one after certain years. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best thing about this software is how much time it has saved us. Agent detection and integration with Intune do most of the work for us, no need to work manually. We can better predict the budget needed and also fill in security gaps. We've also started optimizing licenses, which was completely impossible with just incomplete spreadsheets.
