What do you like best about Allwhere?

AllWhere customer portal provides clarity and transparency of the hardware in stock, in transit, and those procured by employees. It's another excellent Asset Management tool; that's what I love about their interface.

I do collaborate with the team in real time via Slack. They are very responsive both in Slack and email if any delay or issues arise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you work for a global organization, be transparent with the team providing as much information about your hiring regions as possible.

AllWhere will keep you posted on changes and updates to their portal. The team is open to enhancing their system, so provide honest feedback.

What problems is Allwhere solving and how is that benefiting you?

AllWhere, has been able to solve all of our logistic shipments, whether domestic or international. Our new hires can now receive their Computers and peripherals on-time days before their start day.

This has significantly improved our workflow process for onboarding. Offboarding employees and ensuring that we retrieve their company-issued devices has been a grey area to fulfill; however, with AllWhere, those are seamless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Allwhere?

One of the most helpful things about Allwhere is that they make the tedious, sometimes monotonous work easy and take it off your hands. I also really enjoy the self-service aspect for end users. It empowers them to choose their own equipment, and makes it feel as though the red carpet is really being rolled out for them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Allwhere?

The biggest opportunity is in the UI itself. Once they make it simple to easily add multiple items to a single order, improve navigation within the portal, and (hopefully) make it possible to add existing inventory into the system, it will be perfect (at least in my scenario). What problems is Allwhere solving and how is that benefiting you?

I recently went from a 5 person team to just myself, as we ended our relationship with an MSP, so my workload has quadrupled. Having to manually setup shipments, return shipments, handle device recovery, pack up items, etc was becoming quite tedious, so Allwhere came in and helped me automate that processes.

In addition, their platform makes it super easy to tailor the onboarding experience for new employees and gives them the ability to request specific items that we have in inventory, as well as enter their own details and preferences without me having to gather them individually.
