I began by booking a zoom meeting with Max, the PM. I liked the offer for the basic store from Ali dropship. Two weeks later, when my trial ended, I purchased an additional selection of 1000 bestsellers. I saved Max email as my contact person.He is the best support person in both response time and accurate advice (he has no idea how important that is!)
I was a bit surprised they updated all the new products in such a short time with products placed in categories and subcategories. Well done guys!

Additional paid services. If one wants to start earning faster, they need to invest first. I invested in products, but some might buy services too. It's not a huge amount of money, but I can't be sure how quickly I'll recoup the investment. Nevertheless, I already have 3 orders. You could say I've broken even so far. Best service I've used so far. I got a store that was ready to go. I didn't have to use a site builder or pick products one by one. The downside concerns the business model itself. I am a bit nervous about not being able to see and inspect all the products in the store in person. This is the drawback of dropshipping. I received my store exactly as I envisioned it when filling out the questionnaire. The store was transferred to me, and now, if needed, I can sell it on Flippa, haha! Communication with support and my product manager is generally okay, with some minor flaws, but as I mentioned in the CONS field, nobody is perfect.
