I personally liked the support I received whenever we raised a concern or feedback. We receive responses within the hour, if not within minutes from the time we send our question or support request. As the product continues to mature, a few features would be great to help us maintain our knowledgebase - for example, in the admin interface, for down-voted responses, I'd love to get a link back to the overall conversation. The product itself is extremely helpful for building and educating community. Whenever we have newcomers, all they have to do is ask, and Gleen routes them to resources we already have without having the user look around and have the blocker of familiarizing our Discord community first. Talk about ease for our community! It's also cool how you can actually personalize Gleen's personality so it doesn't feel like a boring robot. It actually speaks like how we want it to!
We have tested it a lot before putting out for the community and the Gleen team makes sure the bot is retrained once a week to make sure its up to date. Also very easy to use in Discord!

I think what was difficult for us in the beginning is how we had to sort out all our documentation and resources first so we can feed the bot the right data to use as a response (which might be actually for the best so its more in order). But man, it was a lot of work specially if you're still building up all your documentations haha!
The good thing though was that we were always guided and assisted by Ashu so its more of a smooth process for us. The Gleen team was sooo patient! And by the way, anytime we had a product feedback/feature request, they always make sure to build it up and ready for the future. It's like they're a one tap away team. They're just so lovely!
